Coming up
Sound familiar?
What people tell us most often on the first call.
My accountant gets back to me three days later.
We reply the same working day.
I only found out about the fine when it arrived.
The reminder comes before the deadline, not after.
Every month the bill is different.
One fixed fee, agreed upfront.
I don’t understand half of what they explain.
We explain it like we would to a neighbour, no jargon.
There’s a bag of receipts living in my car.
Snap the receipt with your phone and you’re done.
I’d like to switch accountants but don’t know where to start.
We take everything over from your old accountant.
None of that happens here.
Not because we’re perfect, but because we organised the work so it can’t.
How close are you to the limit?

Two kinds of clients, one concern
Flat-rate sole traders and IT freelancers
For people who work alone, often for clients abroad, and don’t want to think about limits.
Services for freelancers- We track your income against the flat-rate limit and call while there’s still time to plan.
- We explain the independence test and what to watch when most of your work comes from one client.
- We handle invoices to foreign clients and payments into your foreign-currency account.
Sole traders, tradespeople and LLCs
For businesses with costs, staff and obligations that can’t run late.
Services for businesses- We keep the books, VAT and e-invoices, and you get a short, clear summary every month.
- Payroll and staff registrations are done on time, with no queuing at counters for you.
- Before a big purchase or a new hire, we tell you what it means for your tax.
From your old accountant to your first reminder
You call us
Tell us briefly what you do and what’s bothering you. A message works too.
A free conversation
We work out what you need and agree a fixed monthly fee. No obligation.
We take over the paperwork
We collect every document, including those held by your previous accountant.
You work, we remind
From then on you get a reminder for every deadline, limit and rule change that matters.
Switching accountants?
It’s simpler than you think. You sign an authorisation, we arrange everything with your current accountant and take it all over. You don’t even have to call them.
Start the quizIn short, before you call
Should I register as a flat-rate sole trader, a sole trader keeping books, or an LLC?
It depends on how much you expect to earn, how high your costs are, whether you work for one client or several, and whether you plan to hire. For a first steer, take our 60-second quiz, then call us and we’ll check the details.
What is the flat-rate limit, and what happens if I go over it?
A flat-rate sole trader can earn up to 6 million dinars in a calendar year. Go over it and you move to keeping full books. There is a second threshold too: when your turnover in Serbia passes 8 million dinars in any 12 consecutive months, you enter the VAT system. We track both and get in touch long before you get close.
What does switching from another accountant involve?
Less than you think. You sign an authorisation, we contact your current accountant and take over all the records. You don’t even need to call them. The start of a month is easiest, but mid-month works too.
How much does your bookkeeping cost?
It depends on your business form and workload, for example how many invoices and employees you have. We agree it on the first call. It is fixed, you know it upfront, and it doesn’t rise without your agreement.
One call and it’s handled.
Tell us what you do, and we’ll tell you what you need and what it costs. The first call is free and commits you to nothing.
